·  The “Economy, Midscale & Premium” division, to be internally named the “Power Brands” division. This entity includes the brands from the Group’s Economy, Midscale and Premium segments. It is structured around four regions, based in Paris, Sao Paulo, Singapore, and Shanghai.
·  The “Luxury & Lifestyle” division, bringing together the Group’s luxury brands, as well as the lifestyle platform, Ennismore. This division, managed by brand, is structured around four “Maison”: Raffles & Orient Express (based in New York); Fairmont (based in Dubai); Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems (based in Paris) and Ennismore (based in London).

 

The Global Sales Luxury & Lifestyle team, has a strong cross-functional role in the Luxury & Lifestyle division, to support the brands, strengthen Accor’s positioning on this market and boost high margin revenue to the L&L hotels.
The team is getting ready to launch a new Loyalty program for Travel Advisors, merging:

·  A point-based program rewarding all travel advisors for all booked room nights in eligible properties.

A Preferred Partners Program (PPP) rewarding handpicked Travel Agencies with extra commission and guests benefits.

This program will be supported by a digital platform (project name: HERA).

 

Job Description

In this context, the Travel Advisors Program Coordinator duties include:

#1 support the Business senior manager.

·  Participation to the Business reviews including: creation of presentations, data reports
·  Participation to the creation of toolkits, assets… in relationship with external suppliers
·  Participation to the onboarding of new Preferred Partners including training delivery and admin onboarding

#2 Take part in the execution of the communication and activation plan

·  Participate to the creation and delivery of the worldwide specific B2B events
·  Take part in the delivery of the Preferred Partners communication plans with the rest of the Travel Advisors Loyalty team               
·  Take part in the delivery of the Preferred Partners communication plans with the rest of the Travel Advisors Loyalty team

 #3 Monitor data quality and administration of the PPP

·  Take part in the support processes for hotels and members: act as an advisor for internal and external (tech partner) support teams in the escalation process
·  Participate to the program excellence & delivery by engaging with hotels and creating support documents (ex: guidelines, standard operating procedures…)
·  Follow up of the data quality on Accor CRM (ANAIS)
·  Monitor and create reports for the Hotels’ invoicing of the HERA fees

 

 

Qualifications

·   A master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communication, Hospitality (or equivalent)
·  Internship/Apprenticeship in hospitality and/or hotel operations is a plus
·  Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) / good French proficiency is a plus
·  In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
·  Organizational skills, rigor and attention to details are necessary
·  Effective team-player
