Key tasks
- Provide administrative support (including, but not limited to; processing paperwork, filing, dealing with mail, checking proposal, creating reports, gathering information
- Manage monthly reports on all staff attendance, overtime, leave using Human Resources Application system
- Responsible in corporate office employee recruitment, including interview arrangement, personality test.
- Maintain applicant’s database in recruitment file.
- Manage, control and distribute Weekly Flash Opportunity from Accor Malaysia, Indonesia & Singapore.
- Assist T&C events
