Job description

Key tasks

• To be fully aware, conversant and embody Accor spirit, values and goals and is responsible to integrate them in the day to day operation.
• To be fully aware and conversant of Accor environmental charter and is responsible to integrate them in the day to day operation.
• To be fully aware and conversant of ISO9001/ISO14001 (for Ibis Hotel) policies and procedures and is responsible to integrate them in the day to day operation.
• To ensure delivery of the 15-Minutes Guest Satisfaction Guarantee Service as per IBIS standard
• To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook.
• To be familiar with the policies and procedures concerning fire, emergency evacuation, accidents, bomb threats, law and order situations and to take appropriate action in order to protect guests, staff and the hotel property in any given situation.
• To manage all stocks put under his/her responsibility
• To monitor all goods movement in/out the hotel and ensure that they are properly recorded

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Storekeeper

• To ensure the safeguard of all stored items by keeping the store locked when unattended
• To issue and reorder stock and to ensure that no goods will leave the storeroom without proper authorized store requisition.
• To post on computer all in-out movement of goods from/to the stores in a timely and accurate manner.
• To conduct routine physical inventory and follow-up of all pending purchase requisition with the purchaser to ensure the timely replenishment of depleted stocks in accordance with the max/min par level defined by the management.
• To prevent loss, spoilage, breakage by carefully following the expired date of perishable items, monitoring the slow moving items and keeping store clean and tidy at all times.
• To be responsible for all documentation such as the Receiving Record, the Receiving Report and the Daily Summary Receiving Report as well as Slow Moving Item Report.
