Job Description

 

·  Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces.
·  Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction.
·  Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment.
·   Must be able to compute chemical usage.   
·   Standing up and moving about in the kitchen or other designated   areas, handling objects, products, chemicals, cleaning supplies and utensils.  
·   A working knowledge of equipment and associated chemicals.
·  Understanding of food safety and hygiene.
·  Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications

·  High school education certificate.   
·  Organized and a great team player.
·  Previous experience as kitchen steward, preferably with hotels or restaurants.
