Key tasks

L'Hôtel Scribe 5 *, 213 chambres, Suites et Duplex SPA, Salon de Thé, Room service 24/24, salles de séminaires, espace PDJ 'Le 1895', restaurant-Bar 'Le Café Lumière' recherche pour son service de réception Un(e) Standardiste à temps partiel 2 jours par semaine : le WEEK-END. Ce poste est destiné uniquement à un(e) étudiant(e) en cours d'études.

Basé en dehors de la réception, le samedi et dimanche, vous remplacez la personne au standard de l'hôtel durant ses repos hebdomadaires :

Missions principales : Transmission d’appels, prise de messages, rédaction et envoi de courrier, classement, archivage.

Doté d'une bonne élocution et d'un très bon niveau d'anglais oral, vous aurez à coeur de satisfaire au mieux notre clientèle internationale et haut de gamme tout en garantissant un accueil téléphonique chaleureux et convivial en respectant les critères de la marque Sofitel et du groupe Accor.
