Stagiaire Commis de cuisine (H/F)

Key tasks

Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire Commis de cuisine qui intégrera notre équipe dès que possible pour une durée de 4 à 6 mois.
Dans le respect des valeurs et standards de la marque Sofitel vous aurez pour principales missions:

- Préparer les aliments entrant dans la composition des mets (épluchage, écossage, désossage,…..)
- Effectuer les préparations de base de la mise en place
- Entretien de l'espace de travail
