Key tasks

1-ASSISTANTE DE COMMUNICATION :
> Développer la présence de l'hôtel sur les réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin)
> Mise à jour des contenus web (OTA, site web, etc)> Réalisation des communiqués de presse / Mise à jour du dossier de presse > Création de publicités pour affichage / presse
> Communication interne (Journal de communication interne)
> Création et envoi d’emailing> Participation à l’élaboration de blog trip

2-ASSISTANTE ÉVÉNEMENTIEL :

> Participation à l’élaboration du calendrier événementiel
> Création de support de communication
> Mise en place d’une communication en amont, pendant et après l’événement
> Organisation en amont et pendant l’événement
