Key tasks

L'Hôtel Scribe recherche pour compléter son équipe de restauration : Un(e) STAGIAIRE afin d'assister le Directeur de la Restauration sur une période de 6 mois.

Vos principales missions seront :

- création et édition de supports de communication,
- assistance à la gestion des planning et des extras,
- suivi des achats matériel pour la restauration,
- contrôles du chiffre d'affaire des différents points de vente,
- participation aux inventaires,
- support opérationnel durant le service en salle,
- support projet managers en restauration
