Key tasks

Le Benkay, notre restaurant gastronomique japonais recherche son/sa Sous chef (H/F) – spécialité Teppan Yaki

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

- Assurer un service de haute qualité face aux clients (plaques teppan - yaki)
- Sélectionner et garantir la qualité des produits utilisés
- Responsable de l’hygiène et de la sécurité lors du service
- Gérer des stocks et organiser le service

Profil :

Passionné(e) par la culture japonaise, n’hésitez pas à nous rejoindre

Expérience de 5 ans minimum en cuisine Teppan Yaki

Langues : Français, Anglais et Japonnais
