Key tasks

To manage SoSPA and SoFIT as a profit center: to general turnover and results according to the budget defined by the hotel. To establish, co-ordinate and administer financial planning for the control and success of ongoing operations. Direct the operation of policies, procedures, plans, and programmes governing all operational and financial matters of the facility.
 Direct operations of facility including short and long range strategic planning so that the facility operates cost effectively and efficiently.
 Assist in positioning and monitoring of the facility's business relationship with food and beverage. Insure a harmonious business fit.
 Manage, train, and motivate all personnel reporting to this position.
 Serve as a catalyst to Sales & Marketing, Fitness Centre, and Body Technician, Facility Operations, Aesthetics, Beauty Salon and Boutique operations.
 Serve as a link between the facility and the industry.
 Meet with group meeting planners to show spa facility and programmes as required.
 Promote and sell customized spa and fitness programmes to conference groups as required. Seek more opportunities to sell more So Fit Membership both individuals and cooperate contracted.
 Tour prospects.
 Provides and is responsible for the professional delivery of all information on the telephone and in person to all potential members.
 Assist in the implementation of 12 month market strategies and new business and market identification.
 Assist in the Implementation of 12 month public relations programme i.e. Calendar of events.
 Work efficiently with Hotel Public Relations in all aspects of spa promotions and media as required.
 Work with advertising and promotion as required.
 Work with Hotel & Regional Sales and Marketing as required.
 Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing, and promotions, including sales techniques.
 Administration and implementation of staff training in all aspects of the Spa's operations i.e. business telephone usage, Guest relations, Spa services (massage, facial, etc.), Retail sales
 Assist in the supervision/operation of all health & spa departments when required:
 Ensure effective communication amongst all departments within the hotel
 Coordinate with and motivate So Fit Team in order to more proactive in term of commercial plans and PT coaching plan
 Make sure to maintain the good relationship with our partners for the long term business running such as Ytsara, Cinq Mondes and etc

Essential and optional requirements

 3-5 years of Spa & Fitness Management or related experience required, preferably in luxury or upscale segments.
 Proactive, proven excellent leadership and communication skills.
 SO Stylish, Playful, and Creative.
 So Dynamic and highly creative thinking, work well under pressure and full of team spirit.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Thai and English.
