Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate  Senior Spa Attendant to join our world-class spa team at Sofitel London St James. The Spa Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our spa guests while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities.
·  Ensure that spa amenities, towels, and other supplies are well-stocked.
·  Greet and welcome spa guests in a friendly and professional manner.
·  Assist guests with any inquiries, including spa treatments and products.
·  Escort guests to treatment rooms and relaxation areas.
·  Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a similar role within the spa or hospitality industry is preferred.
·  Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a neat and organised workspace.
·  A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.
·  Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
