Develops new business for the hotel and maintain business relationship with potential and existing accounts.
To actively promote the hotel in order to achieve optimal sales in various local and international markets.
To maximize the hotel market share within his/her new competitor set.
Organize regular inspections and client visits in accordance to current sales plan and individual KPIs.
Prepares a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related actives for the preceding month.
Records the statistics of his/her accounts and submits production reports on his/her list of accounts on a weekly/monthly basis.
