Key tasks
You handle the files of several hundred customers. You are a cornerstone of the company. You handle accounts from the company portfolio. For regular accounts, you monitor the account, authorise credit depending on customer revenue, allocate loyalty cards, invoice various expenses. You also meet with customers and look into their requirements in detail, and advise customers. You also sell financial products. With a thorough knowledge of your customers' financial situation, you are the best person to offer advice.
