Pullman Sharjah is looking to for a forward thinking, open minded, proactive Director of Sales. Someone with drive as well as attention to style, service and details to join a team of imaginative heartists. 

 

Making it Seamless:

 

- Coordinate guest inquiries (Phone, mail, fax, internet) of all types in the absence of DOS/Sales Manager. 

- Ensure that 24 hours policy to answer guest inquiries is respected by all sales members by implementing a trace system. 

- Handles typing activities necessary for the performance of the sales department (minutes, contracts, procedures, letters etc) while ensuring that they correspond to Accor standards. 

 

Qualifications: 

- Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in a five star hotel. 

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent command of English language both written and spoken

- Excellent computer skills
