Key tasks

• Cleaning the room , and keep the public area clear of floor打扫客房，并保持楼层公共区域的卫生。
• To liaise closely with HK service centre report station and regarding guestroom status.与客房中心联系及时汇报所在的房间并更改房态
• Check the rooms status and fill the status report按时查房态并正确填写房态表
• To report and follow up on repair and maintenance.报告和跟踪维修。
• Clean the housekeeping equipment after every use. Report to superior defective machines, tools, cleaning equipment, immediately当用完机器后整理和清洁。及时向主管报告机器、工具、清洁器材的损坏情况
• Fill the HK daily report according the standard按要求填写工作表
• Reports missing items in room. Hands in lost & found to housekeeping office. 报告房间的物品遗失情况。拾到的失物应上交客房部办公室.
• Notify superior of any guests who are sick or suspicious looking character on the floors. 如有任何客人生病或有生病迹象，及时通知主管。
• Notify the Supervisor of the presence of guest pets and electrical appliances. 如有客人带宠物或电器，应向主管报告。
• Replenishes and tidies -up trolley and the pantry room.整理和补充布草车以及工作间
• To document all daily activities and events such as guest complaints in the logbook.记录日常所有的活动，例如客人的投诉等。
• To attend to guest requests and complaints. Takes corrective action.采用正确的方式处理客人的要求和投诉。
• To assist in the inventory of guestroom linen.协助客房布草的盘点。
• Render Night Service提供夜床服务
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. 及时执行主管安排的工作任务
