Job description

Key tasks

Revenue Manager is responsible for the strategic and tactical  implementation of Accorhotels Revenue strategy, maximize hotel revenue via well thought-through pricing and inventory management.
Develops and drives overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribution channels
Works closely with DOS and E-Commerce Manager in participation of promotion and rates
Providing dynamic forecasts, compared to the business strategy of the hotel
Make recommendation for strategy changes in RMS, in relation to day types, ideal mix, close limits, booking limits, to be able to react early to guest behavior changes
Pro-actively identify Soft Spot periods and plan actions, in cooperation with Sales, Marketing and On-Line, with the cooperation of Regional resources.
Carefully monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on hotel performance. Set selective sell guidelines for groups and coordinate management of group business closely with the sales teams
All Rate inquires acted upon in a timely manner and rate plans maintained and extended as per commercial strategy. Revenue Manager has sole responsibility for the quality of all pricing setup in the PMS system
