Key tasks

Anticipating the most expected Raffles Europejski Warsaw opening (December 2017), and to support the Hotel pre-opening team, an exciting temporary opportunity has arised.

Based in Accorhotels Global offices and as a member of the Luxury Brands Talent & Culture team, you will initiate and conduct the recruitement campaign of Raffles Warsaw Heads of Departements - around 40.

Managing requisitions, you will:

- post them on Taleo/frhicareers.com,
- screen CVs,
- conduct pre-screening phone/skype interviews,
- manage OPQ & verify assessments online,
- connect leading candidates to Hotel General Manager and Hotel HRD,
- manage communication with candidates (regret, reference checks, extend offer).

While doing so, you will make sure you make sound choices and recommendations to recruit the utmost talented team, capable to deliver outstanding personalized service in one of Europe's most refined and renowned high end luxury hotel, originally opened in 1857.

Essential and optional requirements

You are passionate with high end luxury hospitality and have proven experience in this specific environment,
You are excited by hotels pre-opening and strongly motivated and determined to achieve your goals while meeting deadlines,
You show strong recruitment skills, analytical and psychological insight, an eye for details.
You are extremely rigorous and very professional in your mission, as you represent the Raffles and Hotel owner with external candidates,
You are a fluent English speaker,
While based in Paris, you are keen to travel to Warsaw at least once a month to meet the Hotel pre-opening team,
