Vous êtes le garant du bon déroulement du séjour des clients dans l'hôtel. Vous intervenez lors de la constitution du dossier client lors de son arrivée au règlement des prestations lors de son départ. Autres missions: - Assurer le standard téléphonique et prendre les réservations - Gérer la caisse et les facturations - Tenir la comptabilité -remboursement, règlement des factures différées par les agences de voyages...
