POSTE A POURVOIR SUR LES WEEK-END - Horaires prévus : 22h30-8h00
•Contribue, par son action au quotidien à l'excellence opérationnelle visée par Novotel
• Accueil et prend en charge le client à son arrivée la nuit jusqu'à son départ
• Rend chaque client très satisfait en assurant une prestation irréprochable tout au long
de son séjour
• Est responsable de l’établissement après le départ des responsables de jour
• Contribue au développement du chiffre d'affaires de l'hôtel par son action de vente.
