Main missions & responsibilities

Join the Global Learning & Development Team where we believe that transformation and performance start with people.
As Global L&D Project Apprentice, you will accompany us to analyze, develop and conduct group-wide talent development initiatives. Your main area of responsibilities will encompass strategic and exciting topics such as Digital Marketing, Hotel Distribution and Revenue Management.

For each of these specialist functions, you will assist the Global L&D Project Manager, Topline Functions (to whom you will report) to specifically:

1/ Design, develop and implement instructor-led and e-learning activities.
This includes the creation of content for our two eLearning platforms as well as their management, among other key L&D initiatives.

2/ Ensure a consistent communication, follow up, administration and reporting of the L&D activities under the team’s responsibility, with a strong focus on our learning Campuses.

3/ Participate to L&D department meetings: Capture and share best practices during such meetings. Play an active role in the smooth and effective running and long-term success of the Global L&D team.

4/ Animate & keep expanding our worldwide online community through regular, innovative and consistent community management.
