Job Description

Plumber

To provide efficient service to the guests & maintains the overall efficiency of standards set. 

Key Responsibilities include:

·  Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
·  Respond, diagnose, and resolve plumbing issues.
·  Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
·  Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as required.
·  Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment.
·  Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed

Qualifications

·  Relevant experience as a Plumber or similar is an asset
·  Diploma/Certificate in Plumbing or similar
·  Highly responsible & reliable
·  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
·  Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
