You perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.

What you will be doing:

·  Repair, maintain and install work according to departmental procedures 
·  Repairing of PVC water and drainage piping; tubing; GI pipe work
·  Brazing; welding and gas cutting works
·  Sanitary equipment installation and repair works
·  Maintaining pumping stations, water tanks and associated accessories
·  Maintain the chillers, freezers, split units, AHU and fan coils
·  Complete the requests in a timely, accurate, efficient and knowledgeable manner

Your experience and skills include:

·  Relevant high level of knowledge and plumbing skills
·  2 years of schooling certificate in plumber trade
·  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
·  Highly responsible & reliable
·  Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and use of test equipment
