Reporting to the Assistant Managers, this opportunity is for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding service. You will have a positive attitude and team spirit to leave a lasting impression on our guests!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide welcoming and efficient service for guest registration, late arrivals and early departures.
• Assist guests with diverse queries - from hotel information to insider knowledge of NZ.
• Create hotel reservations
• Perform daily balance processes: audit room rates, charges, reconcile and balance revenues and payments
• Audit room rates and charges
• Reconcile and balance revenues for all outlets on a shift basis

Areas of study Hospitality Management
Professional experiences 1 to 2 years
Languages essential English (Primary tongue)
Essential and optional requirements
- Previous Front Office experience (Night Audit preferred)
- Previous experience using a hotel PMS, Opera or Fidelio preferred
- Current eligibility to work in New Zealand
- Impeccable grooming and excellent command of both written and spoken English
- A welcoming personality and PASSION for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to multi-task and cope well under pressure
- Secure and reliable transport as shifts are predominantly nights.
