Key tasks

According to operating procedure, attend the work order promptly.
严格按工作程序，保证请修单指定的工作及时、准确地完成。
In accordance with preventive maintenance schedule, check all water supply system, kitchen equipment, PA facilities, etc.
负责酒店的水、汽、厨房、PA设备等机电设备的日常 维修保养和计划性维修保养工作，负责酒店给排水系统管道、阀门及其辅件的维修保养
Be responsible for maintaining hot water system, hose reel & wet riser.
负责热水系统的管道、阀门、消防水龙头、消防栓、泵及其辅件的维修保养.
Maintain & repair P&S appliance such as shower, washing basin, water tap, toilet bowl, etc. Be responsible for maintenance of kitchen equipment.
负责客房卫生洁具如：淋浴头、洗脸盆、水龙头、马桶、地漏等设备设施的维修保养。负责各厨房设备、厨房进排水管道、地漏等设施的维修、保养。
Clean and dredge all underground drainage pipe, floor traps & sewerage pits.
酒店内建筑及所有场地的地下管道、地漏和阴井的清理、疏通。
Be responsible for maintaining gas pipe, valve and other accessories.
负责煤气主管道、阀门及辅件的维修保养。
As the hotel’s level of business varies considerably, there is a need for flexibility in attitude, approach and working hours.
