Key tasks

Fantastic opportunity to join our team at Mercure Tokyo Ginza where you will showcase your creativity, communication skills and pride as an ambassador for your unique destination!

Reporting to the Revenue analyst, Digital & e-commerce manager you will work at the implementation of the hotel’s marketing strategy to maximize exposure, grow market share and successfully strengthen the hotel’s position in key feeder markets.

Webmarketing:
- Contribute and maintain the hotel’s social media channels to help drive qualified web traffic to social media channels and websites. Continuously manage and update social media channels in order to have informative, relevant, and current information for customers. (Updates include events, new items, marketing efforts, media, and market activity congruent with company philosophies)
- Monitor and participate in online conversation via posts to build brand visibility
- Monitor social media channels on a daily basis or as needed for content issues
- Keeps a record on all digital marketing activities and understands what is successful and what is not successful
- Presents a summary of his/her findings / successes / activities to his/her manager
- Recommend new alternatives or ideas to develop the Hotel’s online marketing strategies

Creative designer:
Work on all the artwork and advertisement according to brand standards:
- Liaising with the operations team to determine their requirements
- Studying, knowing and understanding the corporate identity
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations
- Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief

Website optimization:
Management of Hotel’s Microsite:
- Visitation
- SEO management
- Content management
- URL management
- Work with the Accor Digital Cluster Team to ensure optimization
