Job description

Key tasks

Main responsibilities:
- growing member experiences and engagement in the Le Club AccorHotels programme in the Northern Europe region
- collaborating with and understanding the brands and their operations to define, align and implement loyalty experience strategies
- working in collaboration with the Partnerships Manager to develop and manage the Elite members experience programmes.
- design, set up and manage Elite Experiences and member events for all the Northern Europe Markets
- collaborating with the Social Media Manager and Loyalty peers to develop and manage the Loyalty Social Media plan to grow member engagement in Northern Europe
- develop Burn and Earn opportunities by managing redemption catalog to grow member engagement
- ad hoc loyalty projects
- provide monthly reporting and analysis on events and activities
- identifying new opportunities to grow engagement
- deliver compelling and relevant activities and experiences for Loyalty members
