Job description
Key tasks
-Develops and implements training system.
-Establishes standard policies and procedures for training.
-Organizing, developing, coordinating and evaluating hotel training programs.
-Prepares and furnishes annual training plan.
-Establishes training department budget.
-Analyzes training needs and recommends activities to meet the requirement.
-To improve staff performance through human management system which creates staff loyalty and commitment.

-Working experiences in an international star level hotel with the same position will be necessary.
