Key tasks

We are looking for a hungry and driven individual who is passionate about sales! Ideally, you have knowledge of and experience of the Meetings & Events industry and preferably with Accorhotels. You are able to demonstrate knowledge of hospitality systems and software such as Sales Force.

As Key Account Manager Meetings & Events Belgium & Luxury Brands you are part of the BeNeLux Meetings & Events team which focuses on creating new business. The M&E team is part of the national Sales organisation consisting of TMC’s, Corporate Sales and Leisure within the BeNeLux.
You will be the first contact for our Strategic & Key Intermediaries, Associations, Venue Finders and Event Agencies in driving business for our network, locally and internationally with a focus on our Luxury brands. You will represent the Company during network events and customer interactions focusing on our Customer Loyalty. We are looking for a true Accorhotels Ambassador.
You will be mainly working from our hotels in Belgium and linked to the Accorhotels Support Office Brussels. Besides taking care of existing accounts you will focus on developing new Meetings & Events business for all our hotels at a local and global basis with a focus on our Luxury properties.

Essential and optional requirements

 Bachelor degree (commercial, facility or hospitality degree)
- Trilingual
- A track record based on B2B with strong communication skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience in the hotel industry preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent relationship skills
- Ability to give appealing presentations and be willing to travel
- Use of initiative, persistence, and determination to secure and drive new business.
- Highly result driven
- Strong team-player
