Job Description

Internship from January 2024

Within the Global Quality & Guest Experience Team for La Maison, reporting directly to the Director Quality & Guest Experience, you will assist in building, developing and improving a guest-centric approach to Quality & Guest Experience for our 3 brands worldwide, leading to increased Guest Satisfaction.

In an international environment, you will manage your time well to contribute daily to the success of the team and La Maison, on the following (but not limited to) tasks:

·  Update Month end Performance Review (Global)
·  Follow-up on Hotel Quality Scores (LQA) and set Action Plans accordingly, track progress
·  Assist in the review and update of Brand Standards
·  Roll-out of new Guest Experience tools for La Maison brands (project management, content creation/selection, presentations, trainings,…).
·  Participate in the creation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
·  Answer to hotel requests on Quality & GX topics
·  Organize and prepare Webinars with our Hotel Guest Experience Relays (ni-monthly)
·  Produce Semantic Analysis on various topics which will bring actionable insights to the Brands
·  Produce various communications to our hotel GX relays and other stakeholders (Global, VPOs…)
·  Assist in the animation of the Cousu Main Competition with hotels
·  Manage the CXC (Accor CX Community) La Maison dedicated forum
·  Administrative tasks

You will work closely with the Global Marketing Teams La Maison as well as our 242 hotels Worldwide, other Accor Transversal teams and external partners (suppliers…).

Qualifications

·  Fluency in English & French (written & spoken)
·  Data analysis skills
·  Detail oriented person with an affinity for the LUXE segment
·  Computer Skills – Pack Office (great knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint)
·  Tech-savvy with ability to adapt to new systems (TrustYou / LQA…)

Professional Experience    A first internship in the hospitality industry would be ideal
