What you will be doing:
Answer the telephone with a polished and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders from guests ordering in room dining
Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to guests
Provide guests with accurate costing of order and print checks for Servers to present to guests
Follow up with guests after order has been delivered
Other duties as assigned by leadership

Your experience and skills include:
Prior experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
Experience in a customer service related position required
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish required
Experience with Micros POS system an asset
Ability to multi task and prioritize essential
Ability to work in a fast paced environment essential
