Key tasks
To be responsible for all Talent & Culture functions which include recruitment, employee relations, benefits and compensation, rules and regulations, training and development, reporting and counseling for Mercure and Ibis Tokyo
Position reporting to General Manager
To be responsible for planning and promoting employee satisfaction, ensures compliance with local and federal employment and labor law. Responsible for planning; managing, controlling, and coordinating benefits, wages, salaries, labor and team member relations, and assist in the development and formulation of policies, procedures and practices to support the operational needs of the hotel
