• Handle general hospitality procedures such as check in, check out, reservation duties and room change procedures in courteous manner
• Provide quality services and handle guests enquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently
• Liaise with various departments to achieve daily tasks
• Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
• Addressing and escalating customer complaints
• Providing information about facilities, programs and other services
