We are looking for a motivated person to join our team and take care of our valued guests.
- Ensure delivery of tailor-made service by coordinating the link between hotel and guests and hotel operations.
- Ensure guests’ needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Organize and lead guest recognition programs.
- Liaise regularly with Key Department Managers to coordinate the welcome/farewell of guests to/from the hotel, including VIP, return and long stay guests.
- Review and answer Trip Advisor and Voice of the Guest comments as well as any other social media to ensure brand consistency.
- Lead and assist the Front Office team when necessary.
- Host VIP events for our guests.
