Job Description

1 year apprenticeship (alternance) or 6-month internship starting in September 2024 based in Accor Headquarters (Issy les Moulineaux).

Part of Accor Global Talent & Culture (HR) department, you will join the Employer Branding and Candidate experience team. Through this international experience, you will spread Accor's culture & values by contributing to outstanding Employer Branding initiatives and projects that aim to attract and retain Talent at Accor. This apprenticeship / internship is a great opportunity to partner with several departments and brands, and to develop communications, digital marketing and project management skills, while learning more about HR.

Your main responsibilities:

Build internal and external Employer Branding campaigns and assets to support our Group's recruitment demand and ambition and increase Heartists®’ retention.

·  Contribute to the launch of a new Global Talent Marketing campaign targeted to Corporate Audiences by boosting internal advocacy and working closely with regional HR partners.  
·  Contribute to the internal activation of an HR campaign that aims to drive awareness and engagement on HR mechanisms that positively impact our Heartists®' experience. Create and push compelling content that highlight the value proposition and meaning of each of these mechanisms.  
·  Lead the organization of video and photo shootings to illustrate Accor new Global EVP in partnership with our agency and regional HR partners.

Ensure a best-in-class candidate Experience by deploying compelling tools and recruitment communications:

·  Work closely with Accor Talent Acquisition Digital Teams to enhance Accor new careers website with the aim to improve the candidate experience. Empower regional HR partners and Accor Brands to build their own careers pages for them to highlight their specificities. Analyze the website’s performance and provide recommendations based on takeaways.
·  Work closely with third-party experts, to improve Accor careers website’s SEO by improving content across the website and posting new blog articles.
·  Participate in the internal roll out of our new Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tool, ensure internal adoption, and lead candidates’ newsletters global editorial calendar.
·  Monitor Accor employer e-reputation across employers’ rating platforms (Glassdoor and Indeed) and work with our agency to provide responses to all reviews. Cascade review’ trends to hubs to drive improvements in terms of candidate and employee experiences.
·  Responsible for monitoring Accor Careers Inbox and providing timely responses to candidates. Optimize existing response templates and propose new ones.

You will have the opportunity to get involved in other Global Talent & Culture initiatives like career fairs and students’ challenges.

Qualifications

You are a team player, able to work effectively with transversal teams from across the globe. You have interests in social media and digital platforms and are eager to learn more about Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition. You have a creative mindset with the ability to propose and execute communication campaigns .

Level of studies: preparing a bachelor or master’s degree
Fields of Studies: Communications, or Digital Marketing, or Human Resources, or Project Management
Languages: Fluent English both written and spoken, French is a plus but not mandatory.
Competencies: excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, drive for results and customer oriented.
