Key tasks

• Reporting directly to Hotel Manager, the Front Office Manager is responsible for Hotel Manager in the overall day-to-day Front Desk operations of Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 11.
• During his/her duty the Front Office Manager is expected to lead as an example in terms of appearance, attitude, equity & professionalism. His/her main role is to ensure the proper work of the overall Front Desk is exceptional in term of Brand Standard and quality of Guest Experience.
• The Front Office Manager is responsible for the smooth co-ordination and supervision of the Front Desk operation with other departments. The Front Office Manager makes business decisions for the unit, taking into account the Hotel’s philosophies, policies, standards and procedures and is responsible for both the day to day running and longer term strategic development of the department.

• At least Bachelor Degree in any field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Front Office Operations or related filed.
• Effective of computer literate, Opera program
• Proficiency in English Communication
• Strong in inter-personality skill and outgoing, friendly
• Strong in analytical, problem solving skills, and execution of work
• Strong result oriented, people management, and leadership skills
