Position based in Dubai with some occasional travels in the region.

Job Purpose :

Pursuant to the merger of the Middle East & Africa Regions and the acquisition of the FRHI group, AccorHotels is seeking a temporary reinforcement of its local team, with a mission to roll out systems and organization improvements in order to cope with the new dimension of the Middle-East & Africa Region.
Under the supervision of the VP Finance & CFO, the job holder will have the unique opportunity to participate to the design as well as roll out phases of the new back-office systems AMETIST 2.0, AIMS Billing System upgrade. In addition, the Financial Systems Analyst will contribute to the drafting and implementation of new policies and procedures for the Business Units of AccorHotels in the Middle-East & Africa, leveraging digital solutions in the field of Procurement, AP Function and Expense Claim management.

Principal Accountabilities :

Roll out of AMETIST V2.0 – Hotel Edition
• In collaboration with Paris Central FS team: plan, supervise and monitor the roll out of three major systems : i) the new accounting back-office system AMETIST V2.0 for all MEA hotels,
Roll out of AMETIST V2.0 – Corporate Edition
• In collaboration with VP Finance-CFO: provide support to the 3 AccorHotels business Units (Dubai-Jeddah-Cairo) migrating to this new accounting system
Roll out of AIMS V2.0 – Billing Solution
• Finalize implementation of the new invoicing system and, in coordination with accounting team and dedicated consulting firm, identify potential upgrades/corrections/updates.
Process / Accounting Productivity Improvements:
• Interfaced with AMESTIST 2.0, assist the financial department in sourcing and implementing smart digital solutions in the field of: i) Procurement / Travel Management; ii) Expenses claim management; iii) e-document/AP automation
Policies and Procedures:
• In cooperation with the Regional Audit & Compliance Officer, participate to the definition and roll out of uniformed policies and procedures in the Middle East and Africa AccorHotels Business units – comprising of following offices: Dubai, Jeddah, Cairo, Johannesburg, Casablanca, and Algiers.

Essential and optional requirements

Qualifications and Experience :
Minimum Educational Requirements:
• Graduate of University or Business School, preferably option: finance, organization or systems

Experience:
• Fresh Graduate with Internships periods in similar roles
• Fluent in English and French ( Arabic is a +)
• Strong Communication Skills, oral and written
• Proficiency in Financial systems – Tech-savvy
