Job description

Key tasks

Responsible for the Rooms Division departments, including but not limited to Front Desk Operations, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Security, Spa and Premier Lounge.
Organize, direct and coordinate management activities of the operations in conjunction with the General Manager.
Manage performance issues that arise within the operational departments, as well as train, develop, coach and counsel.
Ensure guest and employee satisfaction, while maintaining market competitiveness and exceptional financial performance.
In the absence of the General Manager: responsible for the entire hotel operations, including coordination with the hotel Owner and the Corporate Office.

Level of Education Bachelor / Licence
Areas of study Hospitality Management
Professional experiences 3 to 5 years
Languages essential Vietnamese (Primary tongue)
English (Working level)

Essential and optional requirements

Minimum 3 years experience (Mercure brand is a plus) with successful pre-opening records.
Good understanding on Le Club and VOG Plan.
Excellent communication skills in English Language (spoken and written).
Exceptional leadership skills with strong sensibility to local culture and strong adaptability to local environment
