Job description
Key tasks
Customer focus : interest to always improve level of service to different luxury stakeholders (Hotel’s owners / Hotel’s managers / Brands organisation)
Expertise in hospitality procurement
analyse luxury consumer needs and consumption trends,
define and detail target product/service specifications and mix in order to answer luxury customer needs and maximize sales in collaboration with luxury brands organization and global/local buyers (depending on categories)
define procurement specific strategy or implement existing solutions,
ensure a dynamic monitoring and review of offer mix for category
forecast for product demand
Responsibility on revenue and profit from categories in whole european luxury scope (G+P)
Result-Oriented – showing energy and drive to exceed targets, whilst maintaining integrity & ethical standards
Strong commercial sense & ability to build relationships with operational interlocutors and global brands colleagues
Proven negotiator, with strong persuation skills
A team player – Autonomous, while always ready to participate to projects and help colleagues

Professional experiences 3 to 5 years

Essential and optional requirements
Business School / Master in Purchasing
At least 5 years of experience in Procurement
English fluent, other languages appreciated
Expertise in core Procurement skills (supplier scouting, offer definition, mid-term strategy)
