Key tasks
Vous êtes en charge de l'organisation des séminaires et banquets. Vous collectez toutes les données importantes concernant l'organisation de ces événements (transport, hébergement, restauration...). Vous veillez à ce que rien ne manque et gérez les stocks de produits et fournitures nécessaires à l'organisation. Vous pouvez animer les stands, et servir d'intermédiaire entre les clients ou collaborateurs et l'entreprise.
Vous êtes le garant du bon déroulement des manifestations au sein de l'établissement.
