Job description
Key tasks
1. To be in charge in overall hotel operation and make decisions as necessary to ensure smooth operation according to the established concept statements providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times and well being of hotel image.
2. Actively monitor all areas in the hotel to ensure standard of service are maintained; overall staff conduct are according to the set policy; correct steps or actions are taken to ensure fire and safety regulations are adhered to; and to anticipate and/or overcome building /equipment physical problem. Ensure that cashiering procedures are strictly adhered to.
