Job Description

·  Drive key sales activities in the region
·  Manage a portfolio of set accounts 
·  Deliver increased market penetration
·   Generate leads & convert into revenue based on financial objectives
·  Organize & attend multiple regional and international events
·  In Direct contact with L&L Hotels around the world
·  Define strategies & action plans with key stakeholers
·  Manage budget and expenditures
·  Update and report accurately on all required data

Qualifications

·  Minimum 2 – 3  years of experience in a similar Global Sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry
·  Bachelor’s Degree 
·  Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
·  Excellent Luxury Sales knowledge
·  Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and work with various stakeholders across all levels
·  Collaborative, empathetic and innovative
·  Fluent in English
·  Knowledge of Japanese and/ or other Asian languages will be a plus
·  Extensive periods of travelling expected
