· Veille en permanence au respect des normes de qualité.

· Contribue par son action au quotidien à l’excellence visée par Sofitel.

· Elle est responsable de son étage et veille au confort de ses hôtes.

· Véhicule l’image et l’ambiance de l’hôtel par son attitude exemplaire, son accueil chaleureux et convivial,
