Conference Coordinator Job Description:

We are looking for a super brilliant Conference Coordinator with a passion for service, an insatiable appetite for success and a great flair for business.
The Conference is responsible for driving MICE sales of our 6 meeting rooms and the delivery of a client focused service that results in the achievement of business revenue objectives.
This will be achieved through the provision of a well organized and responsive booking service, the delivery of Meeting@Novotel product offer, the development of customer relationships and offering a personalized and tailored event management service.

A good level of English, both written and spoken is essential, attention to detail and a pro-active approach will be key to your success and if you have previous experience in Conference, you might be the One!

Qualifications

- Previous experience as an Conference Coordinator would be advantageous.

- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.

- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs, and ensuring a positive experience for attendees, sponsors, and other stakeholders

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
