• By participating in the shipment of dishes

Main responsibilities
Business technique / production
• Manufactures, prepares dishes in accordance with data sheets and according to the instructions of the person in charge.
• Adjust the pace of work according to the influx, events and customers.
• Participates in the reception of goods and arranges them by applying the principles of storage.
• Guarantees the quality of its production
Management
• Strictly adhere to the data sheets and manufacturing processes
• Avoid any waste of goods
• Participate in inventories
Hygiene / Safety of persons / Environment
• Ensures the cleanliness of its workplace and food safety by respecting, on a daily basis, HACCP hygiene rules
• Complies with the instructions for use and safety of the equipment made available
• Applies the security rules of the hotel (fire ..)
• Respects the commitments of the sustainable development policy taken on the establishment (saving of energy, recycling, sorting of waste ...)
