Job Description

What you will be doing:

·  Reporting to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
·  Ensure consistency and highest quality in food taste, temperature and presentation.
·  Ensure the quality and cleanliness of all food displays with maximum creativity
·  Whenever required, communicate with guests to prepare food based on their specific preferences.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand, especially in Maldives.
·  Proficient in English. Mandarin would be a plus.
·  Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine, HACCP and safety standards.
·  Outgoing, creative personality, excellent communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
·  Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
·  Great attention to detail and creativity.
·  Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
