Key tasks
The ideal candidate should possess experience of Supervising a diverse and talented team in a busy commercial Hotel brand. The ability to, motivate and train team members is essential as is a sound knowledge of HACCP processes and guidelines.
In a highly competitive Hospitality market, consistency in, innovation and creativity will play an important role in the delivery of high quality produce in Kitchen sections.
This role is an outstanding opportunity and is seen as a stepping stone to a CDP position within Accor in the future. This position would suit an energetic and dynamic individual who has a proven track record in Kitchen Department
