Key tasks

This is a fulltime position and you are responsible to provide exceptional, high-touch service assisting customers with customized travel arrangements, including travel bookings, fine dining reservation, event planning, research, theatre, sports events and other personal services, beyond in a contact centre type environment. Concierges are able to go above and beyond their duty to provide an exceptional customer experience, embraces change, and thrives in a fast-pace environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Handling customer requests both on emails and phones
• Accurate and timely handling of all requests from our customers
• Provide a consistently high level of professionalism and discretion when handling our customer' needs
• Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and vendors
• Updating of customer information for CRM database profiling
• Able to complete multiple tasks
• Able to research and source for information & solutions
• Work schedule adherence will require the ability to do permanent night shift (5 days out of 7 days)
