Job description

Key tasks

- Preparation and follow up of quotations, proposals and contracts.
- Conducting proactive sales calls, reactive quoting / contracting, attending Trade Shows and Sales Trips.
- Host famils and site inspections to create awareness of Hotel’s product / services.
- Identify and convert sales leads into new business opportunities.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly sales meeting, respecting confidentiality of issues that maybe discussed formally and informally.
- Sales administration including ANAIS and production capturing.
- Assist in developing sales strategies, implement and monitor effectiveness of the same.
- Regular liaison with Regional Sales teams and hotel operation departments focusing on guest needs as a priority.

- Minimum 12 months experience in a sales capacity.
- Knowledge of sales market segments.
- Strong administrative and presentation skills.

- Handles tasks carefully and correctly with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrates versatility in responding to guest requests and situations.
- Good team player, contributes to and assists co-workers without being asked.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines to achieve results.
- Initiative to work autonomously and be highly self driven.
- Remains calm and effective in high volume work situations.
- An excellent command of the English language with strong communication, networking & organizational skills.
