5am to 1.30am/6am to 2.30pm/ 7am to 3.30pm
You are in charge of the organisation of breakfasts. In addition, you ensure that the restaurant is ready in time for the customers' breakfast. You check and supervise the breakfast preparation. You ensure that the customers are satisfied.
