Key tasks

Assurer la réalisation des supports de communication i à destination de notre clientèle, création graphique dans le respect des chartes visuelles
Participer à la communication interne à destination du personnel et des départements
Gestion de la plateforme de suivi de l'expérience client trust you, : mise à jour des informations, communication et présentation aux différents départements
suivi des réseaux sociaux mise à jour, réponse et veille concurrentielle
Participation à la création et au suivi des évènements de l'hôtel
